About Trey Cox
Trey Cox is co-partner in charge in the Dallas office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. He has spent his entire professional career as a courtroom attorney and litigator helping clients resolve large, complicated, and often high-profile business disputes. His courtroom experience is unusually broad and extensive. He has tried scores of cases and achieved success for a variety of clients — both defendants and plaintiffs.
Trey is ranked Chambers USA’s elite Band 1 for litigation and is the youngest trial lawyer to be featured in its “Spotlight Table.” He is consistently recognized as one of the top civil trial lawyers in America. He is double Board Certified in Civil Trial and Civil Pre-Trial by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

About Jason Bloom
Jason Bloom is a jury consultant and president of Dallas-based Bloom Strategic Consulting. An expert in the psychology of jury decision-making and its strategic implications, he provides clients with jury selection consultation, witness communications training, and mock jury studies. He is a firm believer that jury verdicts are no accident and that how the jury feels about the parties matters.
In addition to running mock jury studies and picking juries, Jason trains witnesses and lawyers in the art of courtroom communications. Jason holds a graduate degree in Forensic Psychology and is a frequent speaker at legal conferences.
